FOOD BANKS

My name is Brent Summers. I am a trustee for GGCC, but I am also ministering the love and the good news about Jesus full time to the poor and needy in my city at a foodbank in the Essex area of the UK.
I have seen a large number of people come to the Lord when I have shared the gospel with them. I also take time to hear their stories and bring comfort to people. I pray for the sick and I have countless stories of times when people have received the love and miraculous healing of Jesus Christ when I have prayed for them.

DISASTER RELIEF

My name is Steve Mclean, and I run a business in Essex UK, but I have specialist skills. A few years ago, as a representative of GGCC, I took time with my family to fly to central America and take part in the earthquake disaster relief in Mexico. It was a serious 7.1 magnitude earthquake that killed hundreds of people and trapped many others. There was also the issue of quickly providing shelter and help for thousands of people whose homes had been destroyed damaged or were unsafe.

At GGCC we are determined to sacrifice and reach out to people, showing the love of Jesus, at their point of need. Whether that be spiritually, socially , or practically… at home or abroad.
